Processing times:

In-stock items ship within 2-5 business days.
2) Made to order items usually ship in 2 to 10 days. We will email you if more time is required.

Destinations:
1) 
Canada and the US are available at checkout.
2) Other countries are possible. Email us for a manual quote.

Shipping Rates and tracking:
1) 
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
2) Tracking is provided for most services; some economy options have limited tracking.

Duties and taxes:
1) 
Orders shipped outside of Canada may have Customs, VAT or Brokerage fees. These are paid by the recipient.

Postage responsibility:
1) 
Outbound shipping is paid for by the customer.
2) Return shipping is paid for by the customer unless Silver Triangle Leatherworks agrees otherwise in writing before the return is sent.

Address and delivery issues:
1) 
Please confirm your shipping address, if a parcel is returned to us as un-deliverable, reshipment costs apply.
2) If a parcel shows delivered but not found, please check with your neighbours and the shipping company first. If not satisfied, please email us so we can initiate a trace.

Lost or damaged parcels:
1) 
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
2) Lost and damaged parcels are handled through the carrier's investigation and insurance process.

Signature on delivery:
1) 
We may require a signature on higher value orders. Email us before shipment if you need to add or remove this where allowed.
